So, I got suggested this idea on Instagram. It was to use one item of clothing and wear it different ways. I love this idea and think it would make a cool series if thats something you guys would be interested in. The first item I thought I would try is a long sleeve black mesh top which I picked up last year while I was in Prague. I chose this first because it's a really versatile piece, however, I only tend to wear it one way so I thought it would be fun to try find other ways to wear it.
1. Blazer

This is an outfit I wore last year around September time when it was still a bit warm. It is the perfect outfit for spring because the blazer adds a bit of warmth but not too much. It is also in a gorgeous pastel pink colour which I'm loving for spring time.
Skirt - A couple of years ago from River Island but there are loads similar around at the moment. (linked similar from new look)
Mesh top - C&A (not 100% you can get this in England but theres loads in this style around in UK shops) (linked similar from I Saw It First)
Necklace - Primark (I got this recently but Primark hasn't got a website so I've linked a similar one from Accessorise)
Bandeau - Topshop (linked New Look version)
2. Night out

I love the leather and mesh combo of this! I have 3 pairs of leather trousers which I usually wear out for drinks with this top. Leather trousers also work for drinks because if you spill anything, it wipes off really easily!
Trousers - Primark
Mesh top - C&A (linked another similar option)
Bandeau (same as above)
3. Joggers

Heres me trying to be cool by trying to make joggers into a cool outfit (lol). This sort of thing suits so many people so I'm sure loads of you will be able to pull it off better than me! haha. I do think this would be good to wear while at home during lockdown though to make it feel like I've put some thought into my outfit!
Top - Depop but originally Nasty Gal (Linked the sand coloured one as the white has sold out)
Joggers - H&M (Tagged the same ones as I can't find this colour)
Mesh Top - C&A (Tagged another alternative from PLT)
Earrings and necklace - Primark
4. Layering

I loveee this outfit and its one I created when thinking of outfits for this blog post. I can't wait to start wearing it outside in the future! Not a very Spring/Summer outfit but something I will definitely be wearing in the Autumn. The leopard top is quite an old one and I've 100% had my moneys worth but I can't see me getting fed up with it any time soon!
Leopard top - New Look (Abercrombie alternative) (Boohoo version) (Boohoo plus version)
Mesh top (T-shirt version from PLT)
5. Denim dress

Not my fave photo but the only one I took that didn't turn out out-of-focus. (haha) I do like this outfit though. I own this dress in black and dark denim because I loved it so much when I brought it. However, I haven't worn them that much which is something I want to try avoid doing in the future. I think its important to get wear out of all the clothes I buy so creating a new outfit for this blog post is good!
Dress - Primark (linked a similar version from Select)
Belt - F&F at Tesco (similar with silver buckle tagged)
Mesh top - C&A (all alternatives tagged above)
Thank you for reading! I really enjoyed writing this blog post and I think I'm going to make it into a series! I know shopping isn't really something people will be doing at the moment, however, I'm really enjoying the trend of shopping your own wardrobe. I hope this post has encouraged people to think about how they can wear items they have had for a while in a new way!
