So, recently, I've got into skincare. I've never really had a routine and have been a bit lazy with it tbh. However, I've now come up with a routine I enjoy and what is quite easy. I recently tried out loads of my products I have at home to try come up with a routine because I tried a new fake tan and did my face like I usually would, and it made me break out, and I've been trying to get rid of them since.

Morning routine

For my morning routine, I first use the 'Nip+Fab Exfoliate Glycolic Cleansing Fix' (£10.95) which is essentially a face wash. When I first started using this product, I didn't read the bottle, and used it on a cotton pad like a cleanser. I literally did this for like two weeks until I decided to read the bottle when I posted a story on Instagram about it (oops). You apply it to a wet face and rub in while it foams up. It literally smells incredible! To me, it smells like oranges which is my absolute favourite scent. I then rinse and move on to the 'Nip+Fab Exfoliate Glycolic Scrub Fix.' (£12.95) Again, this smells incredible as it's the same as the cleansing wash. They're the best smelling face products I've ever tried. The scrub has little particles in to exfoliate your face. 'Nip+Fab' isn't usually a brand I'd have brought because they can be a bit on the pricey side, however, my sister got them for me for Christmas. I would defiantly go back and purchase these products myself because I've loved using them and have noticed a difference with the texture of my skin. After using these two products, my face is sooooo smooth but can become dry. This is where 'The Ritual of Namaste Day Cream' from Rituals Cosmetics comes in (Previously gifted but usually £29.90). Its a really lightweight product which moisturises my face so well. I can really tell the difference between when I use it after the other products and when I don't.

Evening routine

For my evening routine, I wanted something as lazy as possible because I can't be bothered with having to actually wash my face etc. in the evening when I'm tired. So, I've come up with a routine I can do in my room instead. First, I use a make up wipe to take off the majority of my make up. I use the 'Primark' ones but I make sure I always buy the biodegradable ones. Next, I use the 'Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Night Pads' (the extreme version) (£9.48) which I also got for Christmas. These take off all the excess makeup left on your face which you can't see. I love these because you can see all the make up and dirt I would have usually left on my face before I started using these. Next, I've been trying out a sample of the 'Body Shop Tea Tree Oil' (20ml bottle £12) which I got from a Suffolk blogger event at The Body Shop in Ipswich about a month ago. I've only used this a couple of times so far and applying it to blemishes. So far, it has worked well. Lastly, I moisturise again with the Rituals Moisturiser (previously gifted but usually £29.90) which I also use in the mornings.

Thank you for reading my skincare routine, hopefully it's helpful for some of you who want to start up a skincare routine like I have and want something not too complicated.
