English Garden cocktail

This is my version of an English Garden cocktail. Traditionally, it’s gin, elderflower and apple juice. I’ve pimped it up a bit so keep reading if you’re interested.

Ingredients:

🍹 50ml of gin

🍹 100ml of cloudy apple cider

🍹25ml elderflower cordial

🍹Cloudy apple juice

🍹cucumber ribbons and a sprig of mint to garnish (optional)

Method:

1. Add the gin, cider & elderflower cordial over ice in a glass

2. Top the glass with apple juice

3. Garnish with the cucumber ribbons and mint sprig.

To make the cucumber ribbons:

🥒 Use a peeler and peel the skin of the cucumber to create strips.
